Christian Barrère is a holder of the aggregation (the highest teaching diploma in France) in economic sciences, director of the OMI research lab (Trade organizations and institutions) and has a Masters Degree in "Institutions, Organizations, and Performances".
He is a specialist in the economics of institutions and economic law analysis, is particularly interested in various types of organization and market regulation and participated in the renewal of the economic approach to heritage. He worked more specifically on the economics of art, luxury goods, haute couture, Champagne and creativity.
